I do hope Moet is OK. Will you be able to see a vet today.Good Morning and 5 for me today. As the day seems to be kicking off with the word Rational there is absolutely non with my BG score today. Last night saw me give in to Mrs MCs Chickpea flan and even chips, followed by a jam tart made from the leftover shortcrust pastry, then cheese and biscuits. Also our dog Moet keeps crying with pain and the dishwasher packed up so lots of stress, and a night of worry and nightmares. So how is a reading of 5 rational?
Ah well lots to sort out today, no rest for the wicked.
Keep warm and safe.
Different reading glasses for we two. I can't help but see £/$ signs at the root of the LC/keto test, test, test bandwagon. If making a few other people some money also makes Julie happy I'm delighted to be gulled out of some money. I have never liked pancakes even on Jiff lemon day which is now Maple syrup day as I understand things.]@ianpspurs[/USER] - no, never saw passed the money making machine - but there is still pancake day.
Thank you, Moet will have to visit vets but we suspect it's his Arthritis, paracetamol in the meantime. Dishwasher just a minefield and inconvenience in these Covid times, really just a glitch in our little lives.Wow. I hope Moet won't be in pain for long and the dishwasher issues can be solved quickly - same day delivery at worst? The meal last night sounds wonderful and maybe the positive chemicals released by the food, atmosphere and letting go more than counteracted the cortisol planning and measuring so obviously causes. This ain't a one way street IMHO but what do I know?
Thank you, we will try but don't hold out much hope of seeing vet.I do hope Moet is OK. Will you be able to see a vet today.
Thank you.Good morning everyone from an beautifully quiet morning in the dark and dangerous north

Art yesterday was fiddling about with Ogham Iris Script but did manage a magpie. Hope that everyone has good day. Koffy time.

It is horrible when our animals are in pain. Hopefully the paracetamol will help.Thank you, we will try but don't hold out much hope of seeing vet.
take care with them lows alf they seem to be coming a regular thing xxGood Morening Ladies and Gentlemen. If you woke it's a good morning, now their's rational for you boyo's and girlo's.
Next rationalise this, blood sugars this morning were 4.4. More calculations, tea bag reading and a good old fashioned guesstimate for my insulin dosage.
Well posters, painters and gamers it's going to be another cold day, anything below 10 I define as cold.
Sorry must sign off Mrs J is moving around upstairs and I have make her early morning tea in her special mug.
It probably is Gaelic - translations are difficult sometimes because us English users speak back to front for some folk - Be day good at you (note: not bidet good at you) - It’s all a bit Romans they go the house.Thank you.
Is that a Gaelic Magpie?Whatever it's a fine specimen. Bíodh lá maith aga, couldn't sort it out in Ogham script so Gaelic will have to do.
take care with them lows alf they seem to be coming a regular thing xx
That is interesting. I didn't find any difference in blood sugar levels in the week and a half since the Pfizer vaccine.Anyone else see this (Vaccines and blood sugar levels) happening to their bg levels or able to provide a link to something on this forum?
Thanks @dunelmGood morning everyone from an beautifully quiet morning in the dark and dangerous north

Thank you @gennepher - we seem to be inundated with magpies here at presentThanks @dunelm
A magnificent magpie.
That beak can hold a lot of booty when he climbs through an open window...
Delighted to hear that for your sake. For my part it offered another possibility for the very unwelcome odd readings of late. Currently managing my T2 feels more like not waving but drowning. There are some very dark places I could wander for explanations unless and until they are definitely ruled out. That is interesting. I wouldn't be at all surprised that the vaccine is causing your unwelcome odd readings and I definitely would not rule that out. What I have noticed amongst friends and clients who have had either of the vaccines is that everyone's experience of the after effects of the vaccine is so different.Delighted to hear that for your sake.
