What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Hope you feel a lot better very soon. Mr K also had a very severe reaction to the Spikevax that lasted a couple of days - then suddenly he was OK again.

Awww virtual big hugs being sent to you. I had a reaction with all 3 of my vaccines and it did pass - I know it's alright for me saying this as at the time when you feel awful you feel you will never feel any better - I really hope it passes and you feel better soon. Just take good care and look after yourself Mrs xxx

Thank you @Mrs T 123
I have never felt this bad in my life, it is everything rolled into one.
And I am still in this misty fog. It is all around like hallucinations.
I'm fading in and out of sleep.
I can't grab my thoughts.
The mist swallows them, dissolves them.
I can type them because the print is holding it in front of me on the iPad, but am not able to grab them in my head to join together.
Never had anything like this before.

I really sympathise with you having a reaction with all 3 of your vaccines.
That really is the pits.

Thanks for understanding.

Had a lovely and relaxing day. Zoom catch up with daughters and families.
Then my sister rang. Her husband had a blackout and broken his arm and ribs and is now in ICU in quite a bad way.

Fbg 10.1
Still high from Spikevax reaction

No painting today.
A photo from 5 years ago today.

Happy Boxing, wrestling, cage fighting, bare knuckle fighting, whatever floats yer boat day
Blood sugars “Disaster darling, disaster “ not really, a well earned 7.9, me and me’s know what I ate and how much, ding, ding round two, to or too commences today.
Have a great day all.

Good morrow everyone from a deliciously quiet moment here in the dark and dangerous north
No spikey spikey Mrs Worthington, I have a once in a lifetime golden ticket that entitles me to get out of carb counting land for no less than one week and also not to wear a festive jumper, onesie or any other ersatz jollity. We have had a wonderful time with the ninky nonks and Little Miss Pamplemouse but now they are heading further into the desolation that is County Durham to visit their other Grandmother and earn extra cash by covering themselves in coal dust and begging on the street whilst quoting phrases from those nice books my Mr Dickens. Hope you all survived the festivities of yesterday, big hugs for those who felt unwell, and ya boo to those who are now suffering from self inflicted excess.

A bit of art completed before the holidays - have a great day if you can, I now need more koffy.

Thanks for the art. It sounds very much as though the boy @dunelm dun good. We also had a wonderful time with 4 generations assembled. This despite Waitrose in Newmarket giving one of our crates of, pre-order well in advance only, goodies to someone else. One wonders if Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is feeling the effects of his divorce settlement? Only too happy to help the poor and needy at this time of year I suspect the poor "partner" who broke the news to JKP may have a different view of the situation. She is currently filling out a questionnaire about "her experience" I don't know about the "complimentary" salted caramel cream but there is some highly uncomplimentary salty language on the screen
