  Hello, can you help? I have HbA1c value 48. The last 3 months I started doing more exercise, cut down on all sugar and lately I am trying to move towards a keto diet. I was not overweight and these changes caused weight loss that I did not want or need. Could you please help me or direct me towards a balanced diet that will not make me lose more weight
