Really good that treatment is going well. Thanks for your good wishes @dunelm @Annb and anyone else who offers their's later. The current regime is more like a fortnightly social event with tea/coffee/biscuits/tv and sometimes cake from the lead nurse. I zone out, after the basic checks and confirming the key identity information, with noise cancelling headphones/notebook and my own LC food and coffee. With travelling it can be a 3 hr+ event cutting across my eating window - often timings are pretty fluid. So far I've had no adverse reactions thanks be to God. Some leave with a host of "goodies" for not so good reactions. @dunelm what a wonderful piece of art, initially I thought it was a photograph. I hope the pain killers work. We have no need to vote here as the local independent is unopposed.
It seems to be getting more and more and more and more difficult to communicate with companies, especially those companies who supply energy resources. I hope that they do turn up for you today.More problems with oil! I was promised a delivery by today, at the latest. There is still time, of course, but no sign yet. I tried tracking the order on the Certas energy website but it won't accept my password, nor will it accept the verification code they sent to change my password. They were quick enough to take my money 10 days ago though. I'm beginning to have a bad feeling about this. We've been eeking the oil out for the last month - using more electricity than usual as a result - and there is a miniscule amount left in the tank. Not sure what to do next. I have sent a message to the company but no reply, of course.
Wouldn't be quite so bad if the weather had warmed up here, now that we are at the end of April, but it hasn't really. Not snowing, but there was hail earlier.
Very effective with the colour, shading, and clouds in...Good morning everyone from what may or may not be a good bin day here in the dark and dangerous north. Fasting blood sugars came in at 5.4 this am, did some exercises and must shortly take some serious pain killers in preparation for a walk where there is a steep hill. I must let the council know about leveling up. Local elections coming up and already two visits from hopeful candidates ladened with all manner of posters, pamphlets and a bag of quotes and quips stolen from social media. I had to tell them that our postal votes were already in: “You [may] have power over your mind – [but] not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength” (Marcus Aurelius). Art bit, color added. Hope your day is kind to you and all the best to @lindisfel and @ianpspurs. Koffy, must make koffy.

Another brilliant lighthouse.Fbg 6.8
I am late in posting this morning.
I had to go out first.
Icy cold and windy here.
So cold...
Nighttime wildlife video.
The fox hung around all night from dusk to dawn!
Creative is lighthouse #40
I am ready for my afternoon nap...
Yawning my head off here.
The black living fur blanket Midnight is asleep on my legs.
I still have half a flask of hot tea, so my longing for a coffee will have to wait...
Have your best day...

We are so lucky to have this right on our doorstep @Krystyna23040, @gennepher. It’s also a pleasant way of getting to ASDA and there is a bus that will bring us back to the end of our street if we are ladened with shopping. What a lovely place for a walk.
