Hugs for the shoulder pain Saskia, it’s very frustrating when you don’t know the cause or how to fix it. Can you rest it properly for a couple of days?
Please let me know if this works.
How are you feeling by now?
I have just been watching this cat channel.
(taking my mind off flu jab itchiness)
This Japanese guy rescued this cat (kitten), and there are many videos...
I love the music! I think we should have a contest to come up with "translations" of the captions -- I feel sure they are very eloquent.
Yes, this one works!!!
I feel better than I did earlier.
I felt lousy earlier with the flu jab.
I am hopeful it may have eased off by tomorrow.
But it was a bit scary earlier.
Going to sleep now hopefully..it's 8 pm...
Night from me and Popeye...
I want to say that I hope you sleep better than you did last night ... OTOH I want to say can you wake yourself up every couple of hours as a wellness check? The itchiness concerns me. Can you breathe properly? No swelling?
Thank you @HarryBeau. It was such a relief to have passed. It is definitely the last exam I am going to take as it was such hard work. Am relaxing with a coffee listening to my old chocolate Labrador howling like a a wolf in his sleep. He does this occasionally - he really does sound like a wolf.1st class work Krystyna...well done.
Thank you. I think I will let it be my excuse for not doing any housework for the next few days.
I'm glad you are feeling better and are back here posting again!
Thank you @trick60 . This is the first time ever that I have had full marks in an exam. Maybe it's a little known side effect of a LCHF/keto diet.Congratulations Krystyna it's always a worrying time sitting exams, there should be a prize for full marks, well done.
@PenguinMum Hopefully you won't get any side effects. Maybe I was allergic this year to something in the flu shot. I do have allergies to various things which can be quite annoying. I can't even celebrate my exam pass with a glass of wine because I am allergic to wine. How sad is that!I dont like the sound of this year’s flu shot..

Copy that, Popeye?
Carry on. ^. .^
Hi @SaskiaKC
Sorry, I actually was in a deep sleep.
Very unusual for me
All okay
All readings good, BP, Pulse, BG etc which helps to reassure.
Still can feel the flu jab symptoms, but not as much as yesterday
Especially can feel the fine pins and needles on left side, and the toes and fingers of the right side
The headache has nearly gone
More iboprofen
Itchiness is still there a bit, will take an antihistamine later
Sorry if I worried you
But was having lovely deep sleep
Catch you later
Take care
Popeye sends his love

UPDATE
An online friend tells me she had swollen eyes after the flu jab, aching muscles, and a headache, and her symptoms came on about 4 hours after the jab and lasted about 36 hours. She also says, same as me that she has never had any symptoms before, in previous years, with the flu jab.
My symptoms didn’t come on immediately, and I think it was about 4 hours after my flu jab as well before they began.
Am awake now so having a cuppa then trying for sleep again. By the way I feel better from the flu adverse effects if I keep moving. If it’s not raining when I wake up, if I manage sleep again, then I will go and garden for a wee bit first thing. But I still need a bit more sleep in the meantime. .
@SaskiaKC
My online friend says ‘This is the first time I've gotten the stronger "senior" dosage, so maybe that's why’
Research tells me the flu jab is not so effective for the over 70’s.
I wasn’t told I had a stronger jab. Maybe I did, maybe I didn’t. I don’t know. But if I did, then maybe that is why I am having adverse effects this year when I have never had adverse effects at all before.
