What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning ladies gentlemen hermaphrodites and birfday people's.
A slightly high 9.8 from me this morning, but I did have a fruit salad wif cream for pudding last night oh and a baked spud, really really nice. Have a good day, I will if Mrs J let's me.

Alf, we have been through this before. The palette of orientation has widened considerably of late and one must get with the program. I truly believe you are better than this and chide you more in sorrow than wrath.

Sorry to disappoint, but I had a sheltered upbringing. Is there book wif pictures that I couldn't learn from ? Now I must bring you two task you must lower your expectations when it comes or goes too me.
 
5.1 this morning - I had hoped for better ( images of Voldemort crept in there). Yesterday was a very good day but I may have to stop with the "free one" jokes to my Chelsea supporting relatives! ( Years of putting up with being told how Lord Coe and other celebs buy them tea, coffee etc at Stamford Bridge to repay)
Grandson and oldest Son for lunch today so really good - arrival of 2 Granddaughters in summer so need to ensure he knows he will (edit from earlier) still eventually be clan chief.
@ziggy_w well done you just need to finish the whole course of chill pills!
