What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning everyone and quite unexpectedly the sun is shining when they forecast rain,not complaining though.
BG still in the 6 s @ 7.50 am it was 6.4 had a cheese on toast for supper last night so know why! just get fed up of fasting sometimes! K

OK, I realise I didn't do any exercise yesterday, I didn't walk anywhere but I didn't drink any wine and only ate choclate because I didn't want to go to bed at 4.9, perhaps I should have done.
Madam was not impressed one little bit!
5.9 @ 4.00am
6.6 @ 7.00am
And it makes you wonder.

I went back to bed and had a good sleep, just tested and sitting at 5.6

Your 6.0 is just 0.1 shy of the 5s it’ll happen for you
 
Nuts I say, nuts to you all..........
Don't eats nuts as a late nite snack if you want low blood sugar readings a high 10.4 from me this morening grrrrr
