4.8 this morning. 4 to 5 seems to be the norm for me. Even if I go to bed with high figures I don't correct cos they seem to sort themselves out during the night. Weird but then I'm a bit weird too!

Hi patsy, I can't get BG down, hoping it will be lower today with strict lchf yesterday. Was 9.4 yesterday, I'll let you know when I take it later x
