    8.9 this morning. Day 11 of LCHF diet usual fasting BG has halved and I am gradually reducing insulin. Fantastic!

    Been out all day had mixed grill 4 lunch plus bottle of red wine & 5 gin & tonics! Was 5.9 at bedtime!

    I've been really good - eaten 1/2 HP Lidl roll with 3 x scrambled eggs
    Quorn mince with veg and courgette spaghetti and my reading was 7.8!

    8.8 today....I can not explain any of it...I gave up trying to understand why some times the reading is low and another time it is high:eek::sour::watching:

    Bed at 15.9 -2units b4 bed- up at 10.4 - so agin that's one unit makes 2.75 drop on my Bg
    Oh dear seems like am changing my need- thanks body - Ya @&£&@er
