Are u eating plenty of good fats? Iv only been doing this a month and with fantastic advice from this site iv managed to get mine into the 5s but I havnt been counting daily carbs but all things I eat are under 5g. No spuds, normal bread, pasta & other carb laden things,
Same, ha thought type 2 don't get hypos? I'm really trying, I've never walked so much and watching everything I eat!
