    Hiya Patsy, I was at a food fair on Saturday and I saw some "sugar free " biscuits advertised, on reading the nutrition label I found that whilst they were indeed sugar free they contained 60g per 100g carbs. Gotta watch out for sneaky tricks like that.

    7.4 mmol :-( **** heatwave here again plus I got knocked off my bike yesterday 10 km into a 90 km ride so didn't get my full quota of exercise.

    I agree ...you think you are being good but in fact you are not so the only way to know exactly what you are eating is to bake it yourself.....:)
