Going to attempt to make lowish carb gooseberry fool to eat after lunch tomorrow, making the fruit puree sweetened with erythritol today so it can cool, then adding greek yoghurt and double cream tomorrow.
Morning...oh dear at an office leaving party last night...after an evening of white bread (oops) & many other 'banned' foodstuffs...crawled into bed at 01:30...I escaped with a lucky 6.1...phew!

If it’s bolus I’d be wary
If it’s basal (long lasting) then probably yes
It’s a tough one to call so if unsure then maybe not inject
