What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Many thanks for all the kind thoughts and best wishes on our anniversary. Mrs J had a good time which is continuing......

Blood sugars were 6.2 at 5:15 am

I'm not saying how, but my pals chaos and mayhem seem to be following me.
A party of late middle aged golfers on our flight were told at our arrival destination that all their golf sticks were not put in the hairy plane hold as the hold was full....
Honest all I did was listen and watch. Glad I gave up golf after my last operation. I did feel sorry for the messenger as tantrums were thrown. Is it cruel to laugh ?
