Morning . First time in a while I've started the day in the dark. 5.4 for me this morning which considering how late I ate is a good start to the day/week/month....

Somehow waking up in the dark makes it feel like the middle of the night, when the same time in summer just feels like the best time of the day.
 
Morning all libre says 3.1 meter says 4.3 wanted to go see my nanny in hospital but I have a chest infection and don’t want to risk giving her anything else but she may be getting out today she’s going down to the respiratory hub and I have to call my diabetic nurse today to update on the libre and my blood sugars I also have chest clinic today anyway have a good day everyone
