What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

@amgrundy & @MARGAR - I don't know how I "stumbled" upon the article Liver Dump on this forum!!! I have tried to find it again today and I am not having any luck - Sorry Ladies:( Liver Dump is also referred to as: Dawn Phenomenon. You will know when you have had this - your blood sugar will be high on a morning.

Your liver produces glucose during the night so that when you wake in the morning you don't feel tired. Insulin balances this out in normal folk but for us with insulin resistance this doesn't happen hence the higher blood sugar readings in the morning. I've tried everything to overcome this but, as yet, had no success .
