Have a fabulous birthday jjraak x

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who are celebrating birfday's I shall play " happy birthday to you " during my plinky plonky practice session today. Just be grateful you won't hear it I substitute H# for the Bb.

Well folks after my cancelled very minor procedure at the last minute on Friday it is rescheduled for tomorrow, therefore no reliable blood sugar readings again, warfarin levels messed up and who knows what's going on with the liver function tests ( lft's ). My highest fasting reading was 9.7 and the lowest was 6.3

Well folks have a good day, be nice to a stranger and bark at the post man. Me''s will fasting while licking the bakers shop window.

@Bubbsie hugs for lack of sleep. Hope you find the EA ointment useful.
@karen8967 hugs for the hypos but glad the job is going well.
My leg has a slight improvement this morning PM...the 'stuff' is arriving today so will report back on it...going to potter round & take 'plumpy' for a short walk...this afternoon comfy chair...feet up & some good ol' rubbish TV.

good morning all

5.0 for me today.

thank you for your kind wishes @Freema , @JohnEGreen , @philchap1 and @ianpspurs

I'll admit to feeling a bit sorry for myself as well as sore, haven't had neuralgia like this in ages Never mind, after being mostly indoors for a couple of days I'm determined to go outside and get something done today.
I've had my coffee and now I'm going to get some old gardening clothes on and see what progress I can make

@Traceymac23 as @ianpspurs said my fbg is not 'high' it's just 'higher' for me. I've had a weekly fbg average of somewhere between 4.3 and 4.6 for almost 2 years, in the last four weeks it's risen every week until last weeks average was almost 5.0, it's not bad but I still have to think about why it's changed.

@alf_Josiah hope things go well

Hope your day treats you all kindly

Morning all! Woke up to a 4.7 today and that is without metformin as I wanted to see the effect it has on me and that is a positive!

Hope you're all doing well and to those that are not feeling so great? Sending hugs and all the best wishes your way. You're all wonderful people and deserve to feel that wonderful.

Also congrats on the birth @jjraak that is a pretty kitty.

Nasty painful stuff geefull...you're fully entitled to a little self sympathy...it will do you good to get out for a little while otherwise we end up going 'stir crazy'...I have no doubt your BG has risen as a result of the pain & being poorly...it's transient...once you're back on your feet 'squarely' those numbers will tumble...hope that's soon.

Impressive results Caseji with or without the Metformin...just be a little cautious about the Metformin it can take a week or more to get into our system & about the same to come out of it...so just keep an eye out...well done.

Happy Birthday @jjraak

Understood......I was just jealous of your numbers.....guess I have to learn to chase MY realistic goals and NOT what someone else is racking up.
