hope all goes well tomorrow alfs xxGood Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who are celebrating birfday's I shall play " happy birthday to you " during my plinky plonky practice session today. Just be grateful you won't hear it I substitute H# for the Bb.
Well folks after my cancelled very minor procedure at the last minute on Friday it is rescheduled for tomorrow, therefore no reliable blood sugar readings again, warfarin levels messed up and who knows what's going on with the liver function tests ( lft's ). My highest fasting reading was 9.7 and the lowest was 6.3
Well folks have a good day, be nice to a stranger and bark at the post man. Me''s will fasting while licking the bakers shop window.
6.3 which I thought a little high..
5.4 when I re-tested.
Running a slightly high post op temperature and wound still oozing slightly. Rather washed out and not eating much so...anywhere between those lol.
Fair point there, fair point, thanks for the heads up there and for the cheers! I have been okay with just 500mg for the past few weeks so just wanted to see how it went. If I notice my fasting levels trending up I'll adjust, problem is sometimes my meter has been seriously wonky at times. Might have to snag some control solution to see what's what.Impressive results Caseji with or without the Metformin...just be a little cautious about the Metformin it can take a week or more to get into our system & about the same to come out of it...so just keep an eye out...well done.
FBG 6.9. ho hum
My 6th decade starts today, so off to a "surprise" drink with friends.
My birthday treat today is to salute the sun, salute the sea, salute life itself.
Long may it be happy and healthy for you all.
Hope you all manage to make today a good one.

I hope you'll feel much better soon.![]()
Good morning everyone. Well, it’s still only 0740 here so now even more living in the past and a full 90 degrees out of kilter.
@DCUKMod - hope the eggs are good.
@jjraak - very happy birthday
The wheel of good old boys and rednecks gave a ye ha!, and a wild 5.6 at 0600.
No idea what we are doing today but I do have this street sign image from yesterday and it is quite scorchio.
Have a great day if you can, find out if a 10 gallon hat really does hold that much liquid if you can’t.

Have to wait a week for the Nurse to check it. It’s better now, settled down and stopped oozing. Taking painkillers as instructed. Are you having that wound looked at, if you have a temperature and a bit of wound-oooozage? Now isn't the time to be big, butch and strong.
