4.8 today

woke very early at 04.00 but went back to bed. Looking bright again today so far, must remember my hat next time we take the little dog for a long walk given the pink face I aquired yesterday on our walk

7.9 yesterday.
8.5 today, despite fasting for 24 hours and walking much of yesterday. Last of steroid meds today, so hoping the numbers will normalise in next week or two.

4.6 for me today.

it really was warm here yesterday, we were inside a big shed volunteering so it was quite cool in there but the car park was like a griddle it's looking bright here so far this morning but with more cloud about so I might get a bit of gardening done later
