What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I was thinking about the dawn syndrome and rises in blood glucose overnight. The fact that a person perspires and loses water through breathing (not to mention nighttime loo trips) must result in less water in the blood, which in turn could mean another reason for a higher fasting bg reading. Just a random thought.

Actually - I think you may be on to something there. This fasting blood sugar thingy is very complex and not just down to the food we ate.
