Don’t know where on here is the right place to ask or talk about it.
Actually - I think you may be on to something there. This fasting blood sugar thingy is very complex and not just down to the food we ate.I was thinking about the dawn syndrome and rises in blood glucose overnight. The fact that a person perspires and loses water through breathing (not to mention nighttime loo trips) must result in less water in the blood, which in turn could mean another reason for a higher fasting bg reading. Just a random thought.
Sometimes I feel like that too so if in doubt I ask questions in the ask question bit or in the type 2 sectionDon’t know where on here is the right place to ask or talk about it.
