5.8 at 6:30am. Back to sleep and at 8:20 it was 7.9.
Note to self. .... No matter what the weather is doing get up and eat breakfast early.

Still trying to shake of month old cold and cough. Woke to 7.1 today, despite minimal carb consumption for several weeks and two meals a day.

mine is usually 11- 12 at mo starting to come down no as i was taken off medication for a while because of complications.long way to go though.
