6.3 at 7.25 a.m., a sudden rise on the trend that I've been working on for past 10 weeks

Have been down to the low 5s for the past couple of weeks, so why the increase?
I had some choc late last night - wonder if that's the reason ..

Hi all, 5.4 for me today.
Going to docs this morning for my 3 month blood test results since I was diagnosed Type 2 in Jan this year.
With the help, advice and lots of support from this site and the LCHF diet I can not wait to see what my results will be and what my doc thinks will let you all know this morning after I have been.
