5.2 this morning was 5.5 at bed time last night and I am starting to feel a little more like my old self once more still a long way to go but on the up.
 
5.7 at 6.00am

I used to post on the other fasting thread, but if I made any comments about levels then posts were often "corrected" or moved, so gave ip. Am I allowed a bit more leeway here??

The mods are taking a more relaxed attitude to posts on the T2 fbg thread now. You can post comments about levels and friendly encouragement and banter.
 
5.2 mmol this morning. Had a bit of a wobble over the weekend due to it being really hot here. FBS was ~ 6 mmol for Sat/Sun/Mon.
 
4.2 @ 5.30 AM


Diagnosed 13/4/16: T2, no meds, HbA1c 53, FBG 12.6, Trigs 3.6, HDL .75, LDL 4.0, BP 169/95, 13st 8lbs, waist 34" (2012 - 17st 7lbs, w 42").

2/6/16: FBG AV 4.6, Trigs 1.5, HDL 2.0, LDL 3.0, BP 120/72, 11st 11lbs, waist 30" (2012 - 17st 7lbs, w 42").

Regime: 20g LCHF, run 1 mile daily, weekly fasting.

6/6/16: Three BP readings now 112/64 & 112/66, 113/65
 
5.5 today. A big storm is forecast later so hopefully it will cool things down :-0
