What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

No, it seems to peak at around 2 hours after dinner and usually gradually declines for the rest of the night. Occasionally I get DP at around 4am, but not very often.

well maybe I have expressed myself wrong then.... I only meant to tell the lowest in most humans is in the middle of the night... and that from about 3-4AM or a little later most peoples blood glucose start to rise ... caused from dawn fenomenon.... not the highest of the day nessesarily

well but maybe not everybody has theis dawn fenomenon...
