(Ketones 2.9. I'll stop measuring those now for a while but will trust they're a decent number so long as my glucose is low and I'm feeling good.)

Been AWOL. Have been struggling to shake off a virus. Tested somedays, left it most days. Steroids made me cranky, steroids finishing made me listless.
