7.0 - Getting and staying below a 6, for me, will require something more Herculean than what I’m doing. I’ll carry on doing what I do, this is a long term condition which can try my patience, but now, after three years (?) coming here I’m starting to accept and relax-down more. Look, I had a great night’s sleep, and now looking forward to going to our Farmer’s Market today and then tomorrow off for a drive in the country to visit an Arts Centre and work up a project with a newly forming Group of animateurs.
