Morning All. 6.9 which though slipping into the 6s really should be better. @Estragon I do empathise with your predicament. I am almost 5 years in and FBG was regularly under 6 for the first 3 years but the last year struggling to stay in 6s trying to stick to sub 30g carbs daily. As I always say we can only carry on carrying on. Happy Saturday all.

(Tested an hour later, before breakfast, and it was 4.4.)

Morning all. Forgot to post yesterday and can't remember what my readings were, but last night it was 8.3 and this morning 8.1. That was after having a cup of decaf at 2.30 this morning and reading till 3.30. Sorry @
PM, I really am trying (my husband used to tell me that!!)

I find libre is more accurate if I’ve been sat down for 15 minutes before, I scan before getting out of bed then get up & wash my hands & prick my finger
