Fess-up time: I went to bed on a truly majestic, carb-induced Spike! Totally understandable. However, overnight I dropped nearly SIX points, this I regard as a Win, I can live with that. I have a condition, it’s Type2 Diabetes…. Moving on.

Mine was 5.8 this morning. That is a big woohoo as the other evening I could not get my BS's down much from 12. It stayed just below 12 for hours.
