What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

After all my talk about cutting nuts from my diet didn't go very far, I fell off the wagon big time last night - had some nuts in shells from Christmas and decided to get rid of them by eating them. Not the most sensible thing to do. FBG this morning around 09:00 was 6.0. Ah well - onward but resolute! Have a good day folks.
 
Morning from across the pond. 6.6 for me this morning, down from 10.1 last night. It has been a mild winter here on the coast. We usually see night temps as low as -30c, but its only dropped to -12c. Today we are expecting 15 cms of snow. I will get some exercise shovelling snow later. That should lower my blood sugars!
 
Morning all . Fbg is 7.2 this morning . Havnt been to bed since yesterday as on nights last night so could be contributing to that reading who knows . Off work now till Monday week now. Enjoy your weekend folks
 
FBG Fingerprick 7.9 Libre 7.6

The ol T1D definitely not playing fair last night - needed a couple of corrections throughout the night because they would bring BGL back in range before rising up again only a couple hours later. Perhaps the basal dosage was off.
 
Hi all, I am confuse with my morning blood glucose.

Using Libre 2 sensor and finger pricking at first it shows 5.2 mmol/L (6 mmol/L by finger pricking), and in a minute after some activities can jump to 5.7 mmol/L (7.1 mmol/L by finger pricking). Quite stress, and it jump to 6.5 mmol/L (7.7 mmol/L).

So what numbers actually should I hold?
 
Unless the numbers were particularly low, particularly high or massively different I'd personally just trust the libre numbers -- for those ones you quoted. There's going to be a margin on error on all devices and although I haven't done the math 5.2 would be more than 90% of 5.7 for sure (Edit: I did the math, there's an 8.8% difference. Now to google the manual, but that doesn't seem much to me). So I think within the margin of error (I should probably google the manual) so, essentially, the same if that's true. Edit: plus BSL is a bit like pulse rate I believe as well: changing slightly all the time
