Unless the numbers were particularly low, particularly high or massively different I'd personally just trust the libre numbers -- for those ones you quoted. There's going to be a margin on error on all devices and although I haven't done the math 5.2 would be more than 90% of 5.7 for sure (Edit: I did the math, there's an 8.8% difference. Now to google the manual, but that doesn't seem much to me). So I think within the margin of error (I should probably google the manual) so, essentially, the same if that's true. Edit: plus BSL is a bit like pulse rate I believe as well: changing slightly all the timeHi all, I am confuse with my morning blood glucose.
Using Libre 2 sensor and finger pricking at first it shows 5.2 mmol/L (6 mmol/L by finger pricking), and in a minute after some activities can jump to 5.7 mmol/L (7.1 mmol/L by finger pricking). Quite stress, and it jump to 6.5 mmol/L (7.7 mmol/L).
