What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.1 this morning - was it the bag of pork scratching I had last night or is it the naproxen I have been prescribed for my strained back. Guess I may find out soon enough. Catch up with you guys tomorrow - positive thoughts to you all.
 
Howdy Playmates! - OK... Spent the last four days in the hospital having my breathing and whole body assessed: I have COPD. Just getting back into the swing of things, but this diagnosis has literally taken the Wind outta my Sails. Speak soon - E.

Morning all, FBG 7.3 . Nearly 2 points higher than my bedtime numbers .alot on today plus a night shift it will be tomorrow at 10am before I see my bed again so ill expecting higher than normal for.the weekend..either way enjoy your day folks
