What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I have been away from here far to long, many many months of poorly in-laws, still ongoing.

It inspired me though, my why for doing this is to be the healthiest I can be to hopefully prevent my kids having to go through the same. My research showed on low carb/keto both of their conditions could of been avoided.

Happy to say despite the stress and bi-weekly visits up north, starting a new job and all that stuff my recent HBC1A was 45, I have switched to carnivore to improve even more.

We have all got this!!

This morning BS was 4.8
 
Morning All. Another dastardly 8.0 the only clue to yesterday could be eating more meat than usual off bbq but otherwise naked salad all the way. @Marianne67 welcome back and brilliant progress and attitude. Been there, done that, not at all easy! Enjoy the day everyone and I live in hope!
 
6.4 and don’t feel much like eating today. So will see about prolonging the fast until late afternoon, early evening.
Feel a bit dehydrated, so regular sipping of water, and staying in the shade.
Enjoy whatever you do today, folks, and if like me you hate the heat, stay cool, drink water.
