Hello and welcome. Glad you could join us. 3.3 seems quite low for a type 2, are you ok with numbers like that?

I am wondering the same regarding shifting sleep time. I am a bit of a night owl, so perhaps need to go to sleep earlier, too. I tend to sleep really soundly when I go to bed after midnight, though. Less so if earlier. So interestingly I have had a couple of low numbers (for me) over the past few days, each time I have woken up much earlier than usual before 6:00 am. Got up around 8:00 today which seems to be more the normal time for me now and bloods were 5.8. Wonder if I can achieve lower results if I adjust my rising time and maybe go to bed earlier? I usually go to bed around 12:00 midnight Does it actually matter? - Will my body and DP adapt to the different times? Who can say? Just musing.
