What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All. 6.7 so still in the (now revered) sixes. Another sticky day ahead and hope you all take care in the heat. My trick is to do anything early and pull blinds down and hide away from noon to late afternoon! Defo no gardening other than watering! Happy Saturday everyone.
 
FBG 6.0 for me this morning, after a restless night.

Hot, hot, hot! So just gone for my swim, put my shorts on, and apart from jumping on a plane, will do as little as possible for the rest of the day.
 
Late post but still a nice 5.4 this morning after a sensor change last night. Really hate the fake high reading you get within the first few hours of a new sensor. I’ve even tried applying a sensor a good few hrs before activating it, but does not matter. Just thankful I can calibrate it.
 
7.3 this morning.
Very stressful sleep. Was trying to remember where the keys to my suitcase padlocks were. Got up look where they wereand ended up with hair dye everywhere.. Mini dachs Millie had grabbed it a few days earlier and I put on shelf not realising her teeth had chewed through. And still haven’t found keys.
 
6.4 - After a lax carb and fruit Saturday, I was thinking maybe an 8.0. So, a 6.4 is a big relief. Have a relaxing Sunday, and England won against the odds, a man down and then George Ford’s drop goals! Three before the half? Phhhoargh…..
