Fasting bg 8.1First time posting in this thread. Got a free sample of free libre 2 and it's fantastic being able to learn what affecta my blood sugar and when.
Had it nearly 3 days, I noticed my blood sugar goes up every morning for a long while despite not having breakfast till noon.
When I woke it was 9.2, quickly went up to 10.1, and continued rising, has only just gone back down to under 10.
You may surprise yourself, don't be so hard on yourself 6.8 is fine that's what I hover between and the horrid 7s lol6.8…..down a we bit. A1C next week….not expecting a good result
How are you finding the Zoe programme? I wondered how that compared with the Libre or if it does at all...Fasting bg 8.1
In the past month I've been doing The Zoe program and eating healthily. I've had a freestyle libre 2 on and now my blood sugar stays in the green zone the whole time. I'm really really proud of myself. Lost a bit of weight too and have so much more energy.
