Same as yesterday 6.7 at 7am I took nytol again as I had lots to do today and couldn’t risk feeling dreadful.

FBG Fingerprick 7.4 Libre 6.8 … interesting though the libre shows in the mid 4s from midnight to 5am and in the 15 or so minutes it took me to test it had risen over 2mmols. Alittle 3am DP i get but haven’t noticed FOF before. Ugh need to keep an eye on that.

6.5 this morning. My body just loves the sixes! No matter when I test, before meals, two hours later, I’m never below 6….(except after my two day fast).
I guess it’s my happy place.

Not sure you can do anything about FOF, personally libre thinks I have it but meter disagrees

Morning
6.4 once again
I blame the desert sppon of cooked rice oh and the yogurt! I really like M&S 1% fat natural greek yogurt. Well they didn;t have any yesterday, but they did have the authentic greek yogurt with vanilla which I bough instead. Big mistake was that I didn't read the label as it was in the same style! Not only do I not like the taste on vanilla and yogurt flavour, it also contained >8% sugar and also corn starch. Reminder to myself to always read the label! Hubs will have to finish it off.

Morning All. We have been away with friends and everything was chaotic esp the food. Yesterday FBG was 8.2 today 8.1 so need to get some control back pronto. Hope you are all well and Happy Tuesday everyone.

The tooth abscess I had a while back certainly messed about with my bloods. Brilliant result for you this morning.
