What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Mine was 8.3 it's usually much lower but the doctor has just changed my meds from Victosa daily to once a week Bydurean.

(lower back pain gone through the roof!!! Having Mobility problems.)

sleept 13 hours , after 1 weeks horrible sleep : usually up 3-4 times to go to the toilet every night since been put on metformin.
yesterday I ate the dubble of proteins and only took 850mg metformin, so thought my numbers would be sky-rocketing
only up once to go to the toilet, admit I took some medicine to know I would sleep, but that medicine is known to rise blood glucose ...
