Morning all still in the hives with a 5.7. Night times are perfect, through the day after eating has changed a bit so had to strengthen the carb/insulin ratio a bit more. Still numbers are looking good.

6 this morning and a migraine from the dreaded butter - I caved and I accept the consequences. Oh and my sewing machine packed up! I have a spare so not the end of the world. Hubby will fix it - just like "bob"

6.1 at 7:15am. I’m waking up a lot in the night with hip and back pain Roll on July when my operation is due (fingers crossed) Catch 22 - I’ve stopped taking tramadol before bed and so fall asleep better but pain wakes me up around 3!

6.3 at 7:25. Ran out of paracetamol. Strange the ibuprofen didn’t have the pain killing effects I was looking for and my TENS machine has stopped working.
Roll on an uninterrupted nights sleep…..anyone got a hammer?
