What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All so 7.1 yesterday and same today. @Estragon you really gave us (and you) a scare with that, thank goodness you’re getting over it well and are back in the fold! Be very kind to yourself and great to hear from you. @Ashybang how are things with you? Hope you are soon able to join us again. Take care everyone..

As you know, most of us here check our FBG readings as soon as we wake, because BG levels rise once we start to move around. That's normal and a modest rise is to be expected.

How are your BG levels before and after meals? Are you doing everything you can to keep carb intake low ... ish during the day?
 
I was just thinking of you on Friday and was going to put out a post to see if anyone had heard from you! Wow! I'm So glad to see you back and hoping you are well on your way to a full recovery x
 
Well, of all the excuses for not posting...that's one of the best so far
