What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I have tried a frozen mixed berry offering with strawberries, raspberries, red and blackcurrant mix, very sharp and low carb but similar spike so I suspect it may be the yoghurt and my reaction to it. I could try different yoghurts and possibly fruits but the easy option for me at the moment is to leave well alone as I am so low down on the BS effects curve. It is early days for me and I do know some of the good and some of the bad but still in the experimental phase as well as battling with reduced meds. I find my best option at present is just to avoid the bad, concentrate on the good and not drift too far into the unknown until I can get these frustrating readings under control. But please don't give up on the suggestions and ideas as they are always welcome and useful.

Perfectly understandable @ChrisT2. I particularly enjoy blackcurrants or wild blackberries with yoghurt; cultivated blackberries not so much.

I like to round off my lunch every once in a while with these berries. From trial and error, I suspect I'm less insulin resistant at mid-day than at breakfast first thing.
