What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Still sleepy but feeling so much better today. Forgot to check my glucose this morning but it’s likely still high….

goof news, still no snow here….the longer it stays away the happier I am!

Still worth getting out if you can though.

There’s still a few multicoloured leaves to be spotted on trees round here.

Also the squirrels seem to be swarming in ways I’ve never noticed before.

I take it they are Grey Squirrels @OrsonKartt. I can't say I've noticed a change on their behaviour this year.
