I can only tell you that the lower I get my morning readings,, which isn’t easy, the less the creeping side effects of inflammation affect me. That’s why I pay attention and try to keep a lid on it

Not everyone.We are all different.My morning reading was 7.5 and rising before breakfast. Everyone here has such low reading it is discouraging with sunrise syndrome. I don’t know what to do.
