did a 30 min treadmill walk and then a leg workout this morning.

8.3 today. Went a bit mad comfort eating last night. Today is the 4th anniversary of my daughter's untimely passing. Memories of that awful day keep surfacing. Ive also got painful neuralgia one side of my face. Not going to be a good day, is it?

Mine was 5.3 which I'm happy with. I've had two cups of coffee but I drink it black and non-sweetened so I don't think it affects my bg much.

Brekkie will be cheesy scrambled egg on 1 small slice of toast, and more coffee.

Then dash off to retinal scan clinic, which thankfully they hold at my GP surgery just down the road.

retinal scan in a couple of weeks for me prob should look up a little and watch a couple of videos so know what to expect at it little bit of exposure therapy, i'm pretty bad with medical stuff :<

7.8 had some chilli con carne yesterday with some wholemeal rice, i shouldnt of went for seconds, brightside had a slightly better sleep than normal only woke up couple of times through the night.

Really sorry to read this @RosemaryJackson sending huge hugs. 5th anniversary of my husband dying of cancer on 14th March, its not fair is it!

I‘ve been away for months (since my operation last July) but trying to claw my way back as I’ve gained 21lbs and feeling sorry for myself as I’m still experiencing lots of pain. Overeating of course has played havoc with my BG.

5.9 new CGM replacing the faulty one: 6.4 finger prick test after breakfast same as usual spiked 14.1 which is strange as same breakfast have eaten for several weeks. only difference taken some antibiotics yesterday and today (metronidazole)
