What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

7.3 today which is not good. Will soldier on as I know I have eaten nothing to warrant the higher figure except I'm still not feeling 100%. Cold sore is going to be a bad one. I used to be able to think these things away but that doesn't seem to work now. Keep well folks.
