What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Happy Sunday. A pleasant 5.7 this morning. Another cool and cloudy day and it’s ok! Had a lovely gym visit this morning, met a friend and chatted about her recent holiday…I’m totally stealing her itinerary! Hopefully this spring. In the meantime it’s Japan in October and hopefully Mexico in the winter.
Enjoying an afternoon coffee right now, with butter and cinnamon.
 
A surprising 5.4. Another cool and rainy day, crazy thunderstorms last night too. Had to cut all my peonies as the rain was wrecking them. Now I have a huge bouquet of gorgeous pink peonies….so pretty!
I did my Japanese walking, some upper body and six minutes on the stair master….adding one minute each time, so Wednesday will be seven minutes.
 
5.0 when woke up currently 5.5 half an hour later.
diabetic review at dr's surgery later on this morning. still dont see point of going as in 2 weeks time bloods at hospistal with review with dsn and consultant straight after results.

recently have came to the realisation lots of people will have scheduled appts a lot of them possibly no need... is part of what makes getting a dr's appt so difficult thesedays, would love if they brought back the old pop down at 8:30am queue then be seen with afternoons being set aside for regular appts. its so difficult sometimes takes over a week (if you dont give up by then) to see a gp thesedays
