Morning All 8.5 didn’t eat a lot, clothes looser (good) BUT did give in to an ice cream yesterday (bad). No leeway whatsoever for me it seems. Onwards….
Mine is the opposite it goes up when I get up usually till I eat something .5.4 this morning……actually upon waking it was 6.1….i generally check my sugar after I get the coffee set up, bed made and table set, that’s where the 5.4 came in. So my sugar goes down ten minutes after getting out of bed. I stay at 6 and a bit higher all night..
Hot today, blah. I will garden today and I did do abs and a yoga class this morning.

5.7 today. It’s rainy here, so lovely! Took my very pregnant niece shopping today, nice to get out and have a chat with her. She’s due Friday and hope that baby comes by then….I'm sure she’d rather be home than living in my basement.

Blood tests before work
Got 2 forms from 2 different consultants for different tests, hoping hospital near work will do it all in one go
Absolutely starving, no caffeine for 24 hours & no food for 12 hours & counting

Apparently not supposed to have caffeine 24 hours before lipids
