What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.4 Dexcom, 5.8 blood prick.
The hat continues but it’s not too awful as it really cools nicely at night and takes awhile to get really hot.
Gym today was abs, yoga (no class, I do my own workout) and a 6.5 mile bike ride. Waiting impatiently for my hubby’s new car to be delivered….yes, a Sunday on our Labour Day long weekend. I wish they would at least call to let us know where they are….
 
Currently six point eight

Yesterday afternoon was spent cooking and eating bbq and drinking wine

I did make a salad but passed on the greenness

I also made a thin almond flour “sponge” heavily coated with mascapone and topped with slices of strawberries which I did dig into in all it’s deliciousness
 
So I had an awful night. The dog we are looking after was a real pain, I think she knows her family are coming back from hols today. I ended up sleeping downstairs last night - I had a cup of tea around 1:30 and tested FBG at 6:00. Bloods were 5.6. Not sure the fasting was long enough to call that a win.
 
Morning All another 7.3 third in a row. Is my meter stuck or am I becoming more steady? It may not seem great but its an improvement on my usual run of 8s. Autumn is here but am looking forward to Spain in a couple of weeks. Take care everyone.
