couple of options avail to test compression low:a freaky four point one dip in the night. I don’t know if I squished the sensor? Is there a way of telling ?
Any hints or tips on interpreting night time lows welcome
couple of options avail to test compression low:
first is V/U shape popping back up to roughly same as prior to the 'low'.
alternatively laydown put some pressure on it whilst awake stay in that position for[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]ish minutes and check. get back up wait[emoji6]-[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]] mins check again. would be V shape perhaps even a U shape during that 'low'.
Thanks again
ouchpulled my lower back 2 days ago and did a work out yesterday! Hooked up to my faithful tens machine which is helping
15 mins upto an hour which does help but if I could sleep with it on that would be bliss! Back does not hurt when stood up, lying down or walking just sitting! In the car for 20 mins my back hurts and other things, associated pain. Better than it was and I think I pulled it getting towels out of the tumble dryer at work!ouchtens machines are great shame can't leave them on for 'too long' or goto bed with them on
looks like a lovely flat fasting graph there
I had a 2.9 the other night had to wait a while for it to go up I felt ok so I assumed it was a blip .Thanks for your thoughts. It makes me think that yesterdays night time dive was a pressure issue on the sensor. I tried but couldn’t make it happen when I’m awake. . I appreciate the forums feedback though ..
