What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning! 4.66 on Humpday morning, light rain . Two months ago I got a gel shot on my left knee. It sounds like I am doing a lot better than before, which is awesome.Knee shots help 60-70% people, it’s great that it’s helped me feel better. I am being very cautious using stairs. Have a nice day everyone.
