What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

When we’ve been abroad omelettes are made with powdered eggs, better off sticking to fried eggs, worth trying
i recall hospitals used to use powdered eggs wonder if they still do was something to do with keeps better alongside a lot less prep for safety doesnt need to be cooked as well or something like that

Ohhh, my pancreas is not happy. 6.8 this morning! That’s VERY high for me. I checked again after coffee…6.8 again. This does happen every once in a while so I won’t stress unless it keeps happening. Yesterday was very low carb….
Gym today was upper body weights and a long incline/speed walk. Had to grab some teabags at Walmart then home for lunch. I was 6.3 before eating….sigh…

Libre 4.1 appears to be reading a fair bit lower than fingerprick. Tested around 1am libre whining 2.9 fingerprick was 4.3

Attached last night's graph. Had breakfast already. Cold today brrrr wrap up warm.

Who else is looking forward to forecasted snow? -) love snow even though hate driving in it.

After an unplanned sort of fast 45hours apart from a small previously roasted chicken leg on Monday early afternoon.. b.s.still hovered about 6.5..
Before evening meal down to 5.3..
The fbs stubbornly remains around the sevens ..
I went back to the forum from 2019. After a year from diagnosis my average fbs was about 5.2. And I've put on about 16 kilos since then and got less active..
I'm now about 10 kilos down from my top weight in 2018..
Work in progress
