Are you happy this low ?

Not really happy but didn't feel anything for being so low.

I'm thinking it was a rogue reading from my meter. (GlucoRX Nexus)

I am usually consistent in the low 5's.

I'm not on meds or insulin and I had pigged out on 4 slices of Burgen toast at 11pm last night. So can't see a reason to be so low!

Mine was 6.8 this morning. Recently with my LCHF diet working well I've mostly been a bit lower than today's level (probably in the 5.3 to 6.5 range), but as a T2 I'm generally happy enough with anything under 7.
